Great for mood & cravings!

I wanted to wait at least a week before writing a review, so after 10 days of use, I can honestly say this has been an effective and helpful product for me. I've tried many other saffron products, and some have been great, but expensive, and others have been less expensive, but also less helpful. And some are combined with ingredients that are too hard on my system. Taking this twice a day has helped with mood and anxiety and decreased my appetite and cravings for sweets. Admission, last night I really wanted to partake of some dessert after dinner, but found myself too full, and realized halfway through the dessert that its sweetness just really didn't have the appeal to me that it normally would have. I've actually noticed this affect all week - certain treats just really aren't tempting me anymore. Additionally, I have a sensitive system, and I have had zero negative side effects from taking it. I am definitely going to reorder and continue using this, especially in conjunction with the Garcinia Cambogia. Using these together has made my dietary changes extremely effective and I am honestly very happy with the results.

I am not easily persuaded to write a review of a product, but this one is different. I would like to share my experience so others would know how they can improve their vision with saffron naturally. I hate wearing eyeglasses that's why I am very interested in any supplement that can improve my vision naturally. I've read an article on Facebook about one of the benefits of saffron which is to improve vision. The article mentioned that 20 mg of saffron for 2 months should substantially improve your vision even up to 20/20. This article encouraged me to try saffron, so I searched on amazon for saffron for the eyes, and not many turned up. Most of the saffron products are for weight loss and very few choices for the eyes. I was going to buy the safrron Vision Max 20/20, but their only available bottle is 60 capsules good for 2 months. I would have preferred to try a bottle for one month to see if it works for me. And then I saw this Saffron Extract that I could try for one month. I liked what I read in the reviews about this product. I did not expect any effect after a week of taking it, but I was just amazed one day when I noticed that I was reading an article on my computer without my computer glasses! I couldn't believe my eyes. Then it hit me that the saffron supplement is working. I was so excited and told my friend about this product. Btw, I can honestly say that the effect for me is only on my vision. There is no effect in weight loss as cited on the label, but that's OK. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to try this product. I hope you'd get the same results as I did.

Actually seems to be working for my Mild Depression symptoms. I lost my insurance a few months ago and decided to stop taking Prozac when that happen. Iv been trying different things since. Nothing really bad seem to help. Iv been on saffron for about a week now. Noticing small changes in my mood, relationships are improving and and feel more clear headed. Definitely not a cure for depression but does seems to help. I have not been on them long but so far I do think Prozac worked better but hey these have 0 side effects. I think they are worth a shot. Would have been 5 but there are only 60 tabs in the bottle not 90 like they advertise.

Well let me tell you, IPRO Supplements has something special here. The 88.50mg dose is just right, easy to swallow and doesn't have a foul taste like some supps do. I was getting ready to order more of this Saffron because I like the idea that it says it is organic, non-GMO & is supposed to help my glaucoma. I just happened to read over a few of these reviews and noticed someone say there were only 60 caps in their bottle when there is supposed to be 90. I thought, “Huh!” And then I counted the capsules in a brand new bottle!! 69 capsules in a bottle that I took the security wrapping from! If a company will not be truthful about the number of capsules you’re getting, what else will they not be truthful about on their label? I didn’t count the other two bottles I bought! Now that I think about it, the first bottle I had, the capsules were yellow; the second bottle that I’m almost finished with, the capsules are tan. The bottle I just opened, the capsules are as white as rice!. I don’t plan on buying from this company again! What a rip-off!

I tired of feeling that way after some research came across these. My mood is better, my outlook is better, I’m more motivated because I just feel better. An added bonus is the appetite suppressant. I had put on weight and that was driving me nuts too. I don’t get “hangry” on these and helps control the snacking at night that I’d got into the habit of. I’m thankful for finding these. I didn’t want to go on antidepressants and if these hadn’t worked then that’s what I’d have to have done. I can’t believe the difference and I am so glad to feel like me again.
