Do you need to exercise to see weight loss with this pill? I am having a hard time losing weight because it is hard for me to move. I have cut back eating, gave up soda, and don’t eat fast food anymore. I did lost some weight from that but I am stuck now. I want something to boost my weight loss again.

I have been taking Silvets for 6 months. My starting weight was 255lbs. I am now weighing 205lbs. I have managed to lose 50 pounds in 6 months and I know this supplement helped me out with that. I was not as hungry and had more energy. Looking forward to reaching my next goal of getting down to 160lbs!

My sister managed to lose weight with Silvets and I decided to try it myself. Been on Silvets for 2 weeks, no results yet...

On the positive side, there are little to no side-effects with Silvets. On the negative side, there are little to no benefits either.

The supplement is okay. Nothing special. I lost some weight but I feel like this only contributed to maybe 10% of it. I am going to just stick with adjusting my diet and taking vitamins.

My sister and I both took Silvets for 3 months. She managed to go down two dress sizes and I managed one. Not too bad but I expected to see a lot more progress in 3 months.

Can someone who is diabetic take these? I want to order some but I will not be seeing my doctor for another 2 months. He is booked all the way up until a week before Christmas.

Silvets is a fantastic supplement if you want to boost your weight loss. You need to be on a good diet and actually be exercising or it is very unlikely to do anything for you. There is no such thing as a miracle weight loss pill after all!

I am not sure if I am the issue or if it is the supplements but two people I personally know managed to lose weight with Silvets but I have not shed a single ounce! It is rather frustrating.

Does anyone know how long it can take to see results? I had a friend recommend these to me. He managed to lose over 20 pounds with them but all the information I am seeing online implies it either doesn’t work or takes forever.

I lose a good 7 pounds in only a few weeks! I have not been on Silvets very long but I am very impressed. I am eating around 1,500 calories a day and walking after dinner every evening.

Everything went great the first month taking these. I managed to lose nearly 10 pounds but nothing since! It has been over 2 months as well. My friend said he thinks I just lost water weight which he is probably right. I will have to try something else.

I got a deal on Silvets and I was excited to try it but I have to be honest, I have been taking it for nearly 3 months now and only lost 3 pounds. At this rate, it would take me several years to reach my goal and it just is not worth it.

I started taking Silvets during the 2020 lockdown. I managed to lose over 30 pounds! I hardly changed anything. Just cut back a but on snacking. I think this stuff works but only if you eat less.

I gave it a good month and did not notice good results. I have been cutting back on sugar and walking a few times a week. I expected to at least lose 8 pounds this month but only managed to lose 3 pounds. Not worth the cost considering I think the weight loss came from my diet changes alone.

I don’t know if it is just me or what but I had some stomach upset taking Silvets the first week. It stopped after that and while I did lose some weight, I think this was down to me having to go to the bathroom several times a day the first week!
