I thought I'd try this out and I've already decided to quit about a month. I'm constantly feeling sick and the weight has stayed the same. Not good at all!

What is the worst side effects when it comes to Nuratrim? I'm looking to buy this but I'm worried about what it can cause.

It's been okay at best. I've lost a stone in just under 3 months so I don't know what to think just yet. Will carry on using it to see if things improve.

After 2 months of use, I've only lost 4 pounds. Even combined with healthy food this isn't good. I haven't had any side effects but it's not worth it overall.

I started taking this product a few months ago, I have seen some changes, although I do go to the gym as well. I expected more significant changes because of it. All in all, it's an "average" product.

I haven't tried this product yet, but I'm thinking about it. I have a question related to it though: do I also have to watch what I eat? Do I need to be on a diet while I take it or is that not necessary?

Not bad! I've only started 5 days ago and already see the difference in my weight!
