Not pleased with the results whatsoever. I haven't had any change in weight. I've changed my habits, workout more and eat healthier and I'm not dropping any weight. I don't know what's going on.

I don't normally go out of my way to praise a product, but Ketosis Advanced has helped me lose so much weight, and much faster, and has helped me keep it off. On top of that, the energy you get also helps a ton. Highly recommended.

I've noticed small weight loss since starting, but it's not much. I feel like it works for a bit, and them my body gets used to it. I am giving it 3 stars because it did help me lose some weight, even though it's been kind of a slow process.

Ketosis Advanced Pills improved my energy and mood but I have not noticed significant weight loss yet.

The energy I get from this formula is excellent. I feel like I can go without my coffee in the morning which is great. The downside though is that I have not noticed much weight loss. I have been taking these supplements for about 2 weeks now and I don't think I lost a pound. I am not on any kind of diet but I do walk daily.

The pills are okay. I didn't notice a lot of weight loss, but I noticed some. They made me feel fuller longer which was good but overall, I think there is a better option out there for me.

Does anyone know if this supplement can be taken on an empty stomach? That is one of the key selling points for me because I do intermediate fasting. I need to be able to take it in the AM without food!

My girlfriend and I started taking KETO Advance together. She didn't notice a change right away but I did. Maybe this formula works better for men than women? She has lost some weight but I have lost nearly double what she has lost. I am pretty happy with my results.

Someone from work recommended Keto Advance to me after she lost 30+ pounds. I ordered some and started them right away. I had some bad gas and stomach cramping. I feel like I did lose some weight but I just couldn't tolerate the formula. Too much stomach upset for me.

I'll pass on this one. I noticed I had more energy the first week or so and then it kind of tapered off. By the end of my first bottle, I only lost 6 pounds and I am pretty sure that was from my diet and exercise, not the pills.

Do I need to take this while on a ketogenic diet? I ask because some of these pills don't specify and I am not sure where to find the information on this.

I found that it worked in the beginning really well along with my diet program but after a while, it didn't seem to make a difference. I am sure it works differently for everyone.
