My cellulite is virtually gone but I have not managed to lose more than 10 pounds. I have been on GB+ for over 3 months now. I am going to have to try something else.

I have tried a few different supplements like this. I find this one gives me good energy and helps me digest my food better. I have gone down one pant size and I am very happy about that.

I have been using Green Barley Plus for about a month now and have lost 7 pounds. I am pretty impressed considering I have not altered my diet a whole lot. The only issue I have with it is that it sometimes gives me an upset stomach and bloating/gas.

Can I use this without diet/exercise and still see results? I don't overeat but because of my job, I am sitting all day and I am too tired to exercise by the time I get home.

I am not impressed. I have been on this supplement for almost 2 months and only noticed a small change in my weight. I feel like there are better options out there for me.

Green Barley Plus helped me control my sugar addiction. I have not lost any weight at all but at least I eat less sugar now!

I lost weight with this product for the first 2 months but have since not seen any results. I think it is great to jumpstart your weight loss but you will have to put in a lot more work to keep the results going.

Green Barley Plus is not the best but not the worst supplement out there. I have lost some weight with it but not much. I find that using wheatgrass powder and simply drinking more water gives me better results.

Is this safe to take while you are still breastfeeding? I have gained 40 pounds over my pregnancy and would like to lose it before the year is over.

The first month I was on this supplement, it helped me to lose 10 pounds. I was so sold on the product, I bought another 3 months' worth. Unfortunately, I have only lost maybe another 2 pounds since and have been on it for almost 3 months now.

I have lost some weight but not a whole lot. What impressed me though was that my cellulite has been reduced by over 50%! I can wear short shorts again and not have to worry about the gross skin on the backs of my legs!

I feel like this could have worked better. I have been on it for two months and only lost 5 pounds. I am walking every day as well so I am not sure why it was not more effective. I still have another 40 pounds to lose.

I didn't notice any weight loss. My skin looks better but I am still the same weight as I was a month ago when I started Green Barley Plus.
