I have been using Glucomannan for about a month now and have not noticed any change.

I tried it for 2 months and noticed only a 4 pound weight loss. I was bloated, had headaches, and felt like I had no energy.

I just started taking it. No side effects that I know of but I do feel less hungry which I think is a good sign.

Not sure about this yet. I have been taking it for a few weeks and I feel like I have more energy and my pants feel a bit looser but I don't know how it will be a few weeks from now.

I like glucomannan because I feel like I don't have to eat as much. I haven't noticed much weight loss yet but I am hopeful.

Been using Glucomannan for 3 weeks, no effects seen so far

When I first started I had some weird stomach issues but they past after a few days and I seem to be fine now. I lost about 7 pounds in the first month but nothing the second.

It helped me lose some water weight but I don't think I lost any fat yet. I will give it another month and see what happens.

It did nothing for me. I tried it for sometime and the only thing I got was headaches. On to the next one I suppose.

I think I read it can take up to a month to start working. Maybe give it some more time?

I lost some weight but not as much as I expected. It helped me to cut back on eating which is why I am giving it 4 stars.

It gave me gas, I felt bloated and constipated. I guess it effects everyone differently. My pants are a bit looser but over all, not much change to keep taking.

I lose about 15 pounds in just over a month BUT these pills gave me bowel issues. I had to use the bathroom 3+ times a day where I used to only go once if you know what I mean.

I can see this working if you are active and need to lose weight but if you are not active it does nothing. I didn't lose much but I also didn't work out.

I am indifferent. It worked by making me eat less and I did lose some weight but I had headaches. I also felt sick to my stomach for the first week and missed some work.

Not worth it in my book. I only seemed to lose 5 pounds and it came back in two days of not taking it. Meh.

I used this a few months back for almost 3 months and I lost about 35 pounds BUT I wasn't eating like I normally do. And I worked out 1 hour 4 days a week.

Are there any side effects? I would like to know if they can cause stomach upset, sleep issues, and so on. I need to know before buying. Thanks.

Been taking Glucomannan for 2 months; It suppresses my appetite but my extra weight is not going away :(

I felt more energetic but haven't seen the scale change much and it has been a month. I lost maybe 5 pounds.

I lost about 14 pounds in two months with no exercise added so I can't complain!
