Been using it for years as an energy booster. Results were quite good, no crash. I am 64 and it would help with general energy and on my running days it would help me start my 8 miler. Looks like FDA is messing up another good thing.
forget about ephedra, it's no longer produced and it's officially banned in some US regions!
yes it's officially banned and if you find a bottle of ephedra pills, it's either a fake trademark or can do harm to your help, my advice is to stay away from ephedra pills
I have been taking Ephedra and working out 4 times a week with a personal trainer and my eating habits have gotten better, but I have not lost a pound.
At first it looked good, I started loosing weight and felt better and better. I just suffered from insomnia bot I thought it was due to hard office work. But after 3 weeks on Ephedra I found out it was VERY dangerous and could result in death!!! I hope everything will be OK but I will not take it..
