You are right, I think Proactol is good when your BMI is 25 and higher. Although I keep taking Proactol my BMI is still 25. I think that's because this is my optimal BMI and I will not lose any more weight!

hi G, thanks for your for comments! i agree with you, maybe proactol works better for higher BMIs and for people with more 'fat' in their eating habits. i hoped the comment would help for people in the same situation as me (in which case i don't think proactol changes anything). Hi, I know why you could not loose weight, your BMI is 24 and it's very good, it's a normal weight. Of course Proactol cannot make you "too slim" because this can be dangerous. Best regards, G.

Proactol doesn't work and is a 'waist' of money! I have a BMI of 24 and have been taking Proactol now for 2 months. I have lost 3 kg but this is due to increased exercise and a careful diet, and in other words would have happened anyways with or without Proactol. Admittedly, the marketing is very good and most reviews are positive but it honestly just doesn't help lose any weight. Hope this helps!

I haven't really used this product yet, but I am planning on buying it. I, too, like almost everybody else, also want to lose weight. I have read the Proactol review from their website, and I think it is really amazing. Max-hi i understand what your saying but i generally have quite a balanced diet anyway i just used to have the odd treat once a week.when i phoned the customer care line they said i wasnt seeing results because my diet was healthy and there was not much fat for proactol to bind with.I work out 4-6 times a week, eat well, just dont know why im not seeing the results everyone else is???

sabs, why don't you combine healthy eating, exercises AND Proactol? You mentioned you had just started a healthy eating plan and exercises and noticed a difference. Proactol will not help you if you eat those fat burgers. But if you eat healthy food, exercise daily and take Proactol capsules, you will be amazed with weight loss results! Trust me, this is my own experience.

See below, some peoples take longer to adjust to Proactol. Personally, I started to see difference after the second week but it was only eating habits. I started to eat less but I didn't lose any pound by that time! However, I continued the Proactol program and started loosing weight after the 5th week.

I have spoken to the customer care team who have told me that everyones body is different and reacts in different ways.My eating habits and use of tablets was reviewed and i am doing everything correct.I was told that soem peoples bodies take longer to adjust to proactol and therefore i should give it another month and then see if i have any results.Has anybody else had similar issue with proactol

I got my first bottle of proactol yesterday and so far i think it is working. I usually am constipated, but now i go atleast once a day.
