I have been using this for 6 weeks now. Lost 2.5 kg in first month and about another 1.00 so far. Weight is coming off but slowly. It definately decreases cravings. I am also exercises moderately.

Meridia is a prescription drug, do not buy it without visiting your doctor. Remember, side effects include high blood pressure and shortness of breath. This can be very dangerous!

I started Meridia weight loss pills 6 days ago. The first 3-4 days I experienced insomnia and agitation. The side effect from day 5 and 6 was an increased blood pressure/pulse. I stopped taking Meridia today and I will try something else. Herbal weight loss pills would be great. And I think I found it here on this web site.
