At first I didn't believe it when my personal trainer told me that lipo-6 can help you to get rid of stomach and waistline fat. This product worked for some time but results were not permanent. I think this trainer just wanted me to buy this for some reason. Probably he got some $$ for this. Now I take Proactol, I hope results will be permanent.

A good diet and regular exercises are much better than lipo 6. They definitely worked for me.
