I am so disappointed with the Hydroxycut recall. This is the first diet product I have found that actually works. It really does suppress your appetite. I didn't even use as much as recommended, but limited it to once or twice a day and lost over 15 lbs in 2 mos. I'll bet the liver problems are due to inadequate water intake by idiots who can't follow directions.

2ballon: just find the nice product with the rating at least 4 on this site that comes with a good diet. Don't forget to perform some exercises to be in a good shape. I'd recommend Proactol or ProShapeRX. There is no magic, you should not just wait for something to happen. Get the Proactol, watch your diet - and plenty of exercises. THat's it!

i dont know where to start from coz i have a big problem with my weight and i dont know how to trat with this problem so plzzz hope if ur pills can help im 92kg and my hight is 164 so i should be 60 and really i would like to be coz i want to wear nice cloths and nice jeans like others im just 23 and im fee badly really i ve one problem its abt uring so plz reply me soon as u can thank you ..

I started off by taking 2 pills but after taking the second pill that day I ended up with a weird feeling in my stomach - not so much nausea as just an unwell feeling. For the next couple of days I only took 1 pill in the morning and it wasn't as bad but I found that still my stomach didn't feel "right" especially when eating.

I have been taking hydroxycut for 2 weeks now & have had great results. Went from 115 to 107. But I have had some side effects from it such as being dizzy, shaky, and I feel really warm like I'm going to break out in a sweat. Anyone else experience this?

I suffered from insomnia when taking hydroxycut, now I switched to proactol - works much better!
