| I started taking Hoodia pills (from the makers of hydroxycut) and after the 4th day I has this pain in my stomach that was getting worse by day. I had to spend the last two days lying in bed because of this, my belly was really big, full of gases, so on friday, I decided to go to the hospital, since pain was becoming unbearable.

| Hoodia has more than proven it's worth to me. With hoodia I have lost 33 pounds and kept it of for over 3 years now. When I used it I wasn't hungry and didn't get that light headed diet feeling but actually found that I had an increase in my energy levels. | In 1,5 month I didn't lost a gram of weight and its doesn't affect my appetite. On top of it my periods became 3 times a month.I feel devastated.I had used before different types of slimming product, but never experienced a such poor quality. |

| Got the proper stuff did all the checks to make sure wasn't buying the cheap stuff. Have to say it did absolutely nothing. If anything i got hungrier! :( |

| Lost 19 lbs but then gained 18 lbs back. Results are not permanent. Proactol is much better, I recommend Proactol instead of Hoodia. |

| I olny take one 450mg pill a day and after a few days I can say that my apetite is almost gone, but my heart is racing, my pulse is 95, I cannot sleep. Feel better if I drink a lot of water.
I will stop because of the side effects. |

| I took 3 Hoodia capsules a day for a week, 1 during breakfast, 1 during brunch, and the third during lunch. So far, I do feel a little less hungry, but I can't sleep at all the past 2 days. It takes me ages to start sleeping, and I often have to wake up at the middle of the night. |
