I tried Hoodia 6 months ago but I felt dizzy a few times(palpitations, hard to concentrate at work) so I stopped taking them, I still believe in Oprah, but this one did not work for me, The one I tried and that actually helped me control my appetite between meals and stay off those ugly muffins from starbucks is Proactol
