I've found taking Appesat has helped me reduce my portion sizes as I don?t get as hungry when preparing meals. No difference in my weight though.

I have lost nearly four stone through a balanced diet and with the aid of Appesat which I have been trialling for the last few months. However these weight loss pills do not work so good without exercises. I think I will try exercise program without Appesat now.
