I have been taking Alli for 2 weeks now and have GAINED 2 pounds. I also am having a scary orange discharge. I will take Alli for 2 more weeks to give it a fair chance.

The side effects connected with Alli and Xenical, which seem to be much more serious than indicated on the labeling, such as liver damage, are frightening. It's such a shame that in an attempt to lose weight, one can end up suffering serious harm.

I had a coworker who used Alli and they lost about 50 pounds they eat light and so far hasn't had any of those bowl issues! They also go walking at least 2 times a week. Based on her results I'll give it a try but I know that I have to exercise along with taking this.
